§3.5 · Shot pack
Step Delay
Delay before the script starts shooting after the step-back auto-green fires. Default 150; yew runs 125.
01Purpose
“Delay before it starts shooting after activating the step-back auto-green; faster step backs use a lower value, slower step backs a higher value.”
02Control
- Applies to
- Step Back (D-pad Down)
- Menu page
- Step Delay (page 22)
03Range / Default
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Range | 20–1200 ms |
| Step | 5 ms |
| Default | 150 ms |
| yew's Sept 3 value | 125 ms |
04Adjustment
On this page, hold Cross (PS) / A (Xbox) and tap D-pad Up to raise the value or D-pad Down to lower it. Without Cross/A held, Up/Down only toggles the page On or Off.
Match the delay to your step-back animation, not to the shot feedback. Fast step-back → lower the value. Slow step-back → raise it. Then tune the shot itself on the Step Back page.
05Notes
- This is a delay, not a shot hold. Early/late feedback belongs to the Step Back value.
- yew's 125 is below the 150 default. By the rule above, a lower value goes with a faster step-back. Yours may need the default or higher.
